Salt ugleammoniyny (ammonium carbonate, hydroammonium carbonate)food represents crystal substance of white color of the following structure: bicarbonate ammonium (in terms of nonvolatile solid) - not less than 99%, ammonium carbonate (in terms of nonvolatile solid) - no more than 1%, waters - no more than 3%.
